Our Basic "Startup-L.O.C." program is designed to get your venture started. In addition to the Diagnostic Consultation and monthly attorney
check-in call (up to 15 minutes per month - over a $500 value), "Startup-L.O.C." clients receive an Advisory Report regarding choice of business form (Corporation, LLC, etc.), preparation and filing of your formation documents, and the preparation of applicable partnership agreement, bylaws, or operating agreement. Get started on the right foot!

Add on to your Basic or Business Guidance Package 5-60 hours per year of legal time, to be used in a legal or business consulting capacity. Qualifying clients may be eligible for: - Business Presentation preparation - Assistance in contacting investors.

* Pre-paid Extended time may not be used for litigation. If a Startup-L.O.C. client wishes to retain Chandler & Shechet, LLP for the purpose of litigation, a new retainer agreement is required. Extended time must be purchased as part of either a Basic or Business Guidance Package, and may be added to a Basic or Business Guidance Package up to 20 business days from the start of the program.
