Basic or Business Guidance Package plus 5 – 120 hours of attorney time per year. Attorney time may be used to create forms, documents, and systems not included in the basic or business guidance package, to implement a report provided as part of the package, or for other legal or business consulting needs. Money paid for unused extended time will be refunded upon the expiration of the package term.

* Pre-paid extended time may not be used for litigation. If an HR-L.O.C. client wishes to retain Chandler & Shechet, LLP for the purpose of litigation, a new retainer agreement is required. Extended time must be purchased as part of either a Basic or Business Guidance Package, and may be added to a Basic or Business Guidance Package up to 20 business days from the start of the program.
