and evaluation of current dispute resolution systems to determine whether
internal and external disputes are being handled in the most efficient and
effective way. "ADR-L.O.C." clients may benefit
from the services of a trained mediator for a fixed number of hours per month
through the purchase of extended time.* Solve problems before they start.
Prices start at $1,000 per year.

* Pre-paid extended time may not be used for litigation. If an ADR-L.O.C. client wishes to retain Chandler & Shechet, LLP for the purpose of litigation, a new retainer agreement is required. Extended time must be purchased as part of either a Basic or Business Guidance Package, and may be added to a Basic or Business Guidance Package up to 20 business days from the start of the program.
