-       Basic Statutory Compliance Report.

-       Analysis & Evaluation of existing privacy policies, disclaimers, and terms of use.

 -     Monthly Attorney Check-in call (15 minutes per client, not per website.)

Includes the Basic Package Plus one or more of the following:

-       In depth Trademark and Copyright analysis with business guidance.

-       Brand development analysis.

-       In depth e-commerce compliance report and instructions.

-       In depth Statutory Compliance Report for websites that must comply with Children’s privacy protection act.

 

 


Add $1,000 - $8,000

Basic or Business Guidance Package plus 5 - 10 hours of attorney time per year per website. 

Extended time may be used for the drafting of necessary contracts, disclaimers, and other documents.

Money paid for unused extended time will be refunded upon the expiration of the package term.












Add $1,000 - $2,000

* Pre-paid Extended time may not be used for litigation.  If a Cyber-L.O.C. client wishes to retain Chandler & Shechet, LLP for the purpose of litigation, a new retainer agreement is required. Extended time must be purchased as part of either a Basic or Business Guidance Package, and may be added to a Basic or Business Guidance Package up to 20 business days from the start of the program.
