Our Basic "Biz-L.O.C." program includes a review and correction of formation documents, a review of business structure, and a business status report designed to identify problem areas in the operation of your company.  "Biz-L.O.C." clients also receive a monthly attorney check-in call (up to 15 minutes per month - over a $500 value).  Non-compliance or incorrect formation could result in personal liability to you.  Don't put your house at risk.

Add $1,000 - $20,000

Add on to your Basic or Business Guidance Package 5-180 hours per year of legal time, to be used in a legal or business consulting capacity. 

Legal time may be used to revise formation documents, create detailed compliance reports and instructions, perform in depth brand development, create systems, etc.

Qualifying clients may be eligible for:

 - Business Presentation  preparation

 - Assistance in contacting investors.

Money paid for unused extended time will be refunded upon the expiration of the package term.


Add $1,000 - $30,000

* Pre-paid Extended time may not be used for litigation.  If a Biz-L.O.C. client wishes to retain Chandler & Shechet, LLP for the purpose of litigation, a new retainer agreement is required. Extended time must be purchased as part of either a Basic or Business Guidance Package, and may be added to a Basic or Business Guidance Package up to 20 business days from the start of the program.
