Chandler & Shechet, LLP's proprietary L. O. C. (Lawyer On Call) programs are designed to give you access to our business consulting and legal services without uncertainty about the size of your legal bill. 

Each of our L. O. C. programs has three important attributes:

• A diagnostic consultation,
• A fixed amount of legal/business guidance per month at no additional charge, and
• Discounts on legal and business services which fall outside your package.

Our programs are fully customizable, with Basic and Business Guidance versions available.*  Extended packages may be purchased with many of the programs to supplement your Basic or Business Guidance package.  All "L.O.C." clients receive a 5% discount on subsequent programs & renewals, and additional discounts may be available.

	For businesses of all sizes.  Designed to create dispute resolution systems for both internal (partner, employee, etc.) and external (customer relations) disputes. Prices start at $1,000 per year.
	Our "Custom-L.O.C." program allows you to combine the features of existing "L.O.C." programs in order to design your own custom package.  "Custom-L.O.C." packages may include features not available in other "L.O.C." programs, but all Custom packages are subject to approval by Chandler & Shechet, LLP. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Extended time is purchased on an annual basis and can be allocated based on client needs, except that plans which include up to 40 hours per year are limited to a maximum of 10 hours allocated in any given month, and plans which include over 40 hours a year are limited to 20 hours in a given month.  Money paid for unused extended time will be refunded at the expiration of the package term. Pre-paid extended time may not be used for litigation.  If a L.O.C. client wishes to retain Chandler & Shechet, LLP for the purpose of litigation, a new retainer agreement is required. Extended time must be purchased as part of either a Basic or Business Guidance Package, and may be added to a Basic or Business Guidance Package up to 20 business days from the start of the program.

All Basic packages include a 5% discount on services that fall outside the package.

All Business Guidance packages include a 10% discount on services that fall outside the package (excluding other packages).

Any purchase of an Extended Package of 50 hours or more includes a 15% discount on services that fall outside the package (excluding other packages).

L. O. C. clients receive 5% off the price of additional packages and package renewals.

Packages and associated discounts are non-transferable.
